Zhao Mengda introduced the responsibilities of the China Culture Promotion Association Industrial Investment Association and outlined Longcharm Group’s core business areas. He explained that Longcharm Group is a comprehensive industrial investment conglomerate committed to a dual development philosophy of capital empowerment and deep industry cultivation. Focusing on high-quality assets and emerging industries, the Group aims to build a diversified, synergistic industrial ecosystem. Through a "dual-wheel drive" of “investment + industrial operations”, the Group continually explores high-certainty sectors and scalable growth opportunities. Its portfolio spans technology, resources, culture, and outdoor lifestyle industries, gradually forming a modern industrial system integrating investment, technology, resources, and culture. He highlighted four representative companies in which Longcharm Group has heavily invested and actively participated:
Shanghai Velowind Network Technology Co., Ltd. — An outdoor sports and lifestyle platform targeting mass consumers, exploring scalable operational models around "Smart Outdoor + Rural Cultural Tourism." It integrates four core services: outdoor vehicle rentals, event organization, equipment trading, and guide incubation, creating an integrated capacity system covering "Travel—Activities—Equipment—Support Services." The platform promotes multi-scenario outdoor engagement in conjunction with sports, local culture, exploratory education, and forest wellness, developing replicable themed routes and content products to foster remarkable development of rural cultural tourism.
Longcharm Technology — Specializing in AI Memory Layer infrastructure, this company builds long-term, retrievable, updatable, and governable memory assets for enterprises, centered on real business scenarios. These assets enable precise retrieval at critical business nodes, supporting stable cross-cycle and cross-team collaboration for AI agents. Proven applications include scenarios such as intelligent assistants for machinery maintenance and AI-driven foreign trade sales lead evaluation, helping companies convert scattered knowledge and tacit experience into reusable AI assets.
Locus X Technology Co., Ltd. — An innovative technology firm focusing on "Spatial Internet," with long-term investments in digital twin cities, the metaverse, and spatiotemporal intelligence. Its core capabilities include integrated perception across air, ground, and space; high-fidelity virtual mapping; and the fusion of spatiotemporal big data. The company offers a complete suite of platform products and industry solutions to meet diverse needs such as urban governance, park management, industrial monitoring, and public services.
Shenzhen Longcharm Resources Investment Co., Ltd. — Provider of resource integration and investment service in the precious metals industry. Its focus is on resource consolidation and industrial synergy across the gold and precious metals supply chain, covering upstream activities, such as mineral resource consultation, project investment, and M&A, as well as downstream sectors, such as processing, product R&D, and retail channels. The goal is to establish a closed-loop system linking resource and industrial ends.
The connection event was hosted by Tian Xinying, Director of the Xuhui District Investment Promotion Office. Wei Lian, Deputy District Chief, delivered a passionate speech, showcasing to industrial leaders and investors Xuhui’s achievements and future ambitions in artificial intelligence.
In the thematic presentation "Model Space: Building a World-Class Innovation Ecosystem," the organizers explained that, following guidance from President Xi Jinping during his inspection in April 2025, Mosu Space is accelerating the development of a complete closed loop of "core model research—vertical scenario application—commercialization". The region has formed a strategic pattern of "one core leading, three radiating circles, and multiple support points," attracting over 1,500 AI enterprises and surpassing a hundred billion yuan in industry scale. Local officials further interpreted policies, introducing 18 measures including support for core entities, computing power subsidies, and data provisioning—offering up to 100 million yuan in industry scale enhancement support and services like "computing power vouchers." Guided by the spirit of President Xi’s speech, Xuhui is committed to an "ecosystem-first" approach, making the interconnected ecosystem a norm and striving to establish a globally influential AI hub.
During the enterprise speaker segment, leading AI companies shared their success stories in Xuhui. Notably, a special AI+ application scenario showcase featured representatives from various sectors demonstrating how AI integrates deeply with cultural industry, urban governance, and healthcare, vividly illustrating the vast potential of AI-driven industry transformation.
The event reached its climax with an open discussion on AI+ application scenarios. Attendees engaged enthusiastically on topics such as AI applications, industry investments, and cross-sector integration, fostering a vibrant exchange atmosphere.
As a distinguished guest, Zhao Mengda expressed confidence in Xuhui’s unique advantages in promoting the integration of artificial intelligence and cultural industries. He emphasized the importance of attracting high-quality cultural technology enterprises to invest in Xuhui. He also shared insights into their own company’s explorations and practices in leveraging AI to empower cultural creativity.
This event not only provided an efficient platform for AI investment and cooperation but also, through policy interpretation, experience sharing, and scenario matchmaking, furthered the deep integration of AI technology with the real economy. It injected new momentum into Shanghai’s pursuit of becoming a globally influential AI innovation hub.
