
Recently, Longcharm Group and Guizhou Huma Digital Technology Co., Ltd. signed a framework cooperation agreement. Guizhou Huma Digital Technology is a controlled subsidiary of Guizhou Colorful New Media Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the two parties will establish a long-term and stable partnership based on the principles of complementary strengths, resource sharing, mutual benefit and long-term cooperation. The cooperation will focus on digital culture, rural revitalization, culture-tourism integration, artificial intelligence applications, the silver economy and the healthcare industry, with the aim of promoting the implementation of relevant industrial resources, project resources and platform resources in Guizhou Province.
This cooperation marks an important step for Longcharm Group to further deepen its presence in western China and support industrial development in Guizhou at the start of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period. China’s national policy agenda continues to emphasize the building of a strong tourism nation, a strong sports nation, agricultural and rural modernization, comprehensive rural revitalization and a new pattern of western development. These policy directions create broader space for the integration of culture, tourism, sports, outdoor activities, rural industries and digital technologies. With rich ethnic culture, mountain outdoor resources, ecological wellness assets, rural tourism potential and digital audio-visual resources, Guizhou offers strong foundations for integrated industrial development.
Guizhou Huma Digital Technology draws on the resources of Guizhou Colorful New Media Co., Ltd. and platforms such as the China (Guizhou) Big Audio-Visual Integrated Development Industrial Park. It has capabilities in digital culture operations, industrial park investment promotion, digital rural development and the building of a big audio-visual industrial ecosystem. Longcharm Group is a comprehensive industrial investment group with long-term focus on culture, education and training, technological innovation, culture-tourism operations, outdoor lifestyle, healthcare and industrial investment. The two parties will use the agreement as a starting point to promote deeper integration of culture, technology, education, tourism, sports, wellness and the real economy.
In terms of cooperation scope, the two parties plan to focus on six key areas: first, platform and industrial collaboration, including cultural industry investment promotion, project introduction, industry research, exhibitions and brand communication; second, government-enterprise training and public-interest education, including training for local governments, state-owned enterprises, industrial parks and key enterprises in Guizhou, as well as public-interest education, technology study tours and cultural study programs for county and township youth; third, AIGC and spatial intelligence, including digital content production, digital performances, intelligent communication, digital twins, park management and digital marketing; fourth, culture-tourism, outdoor sports-tourism and automotive tourism, including product planning, scenario operation and local KOL development around key scenic areas, characteristic towns, rural tourism, ethnic culture, mountain outdoor resources and secondary transportation in scenic areas; fifth, healthcare and wellness, including project introduction based on Guizhou’s ecological resources, ethnic medicine, forest wellness, silver economy and healthy lifestyle scenarios; and sixth, industrial investment and capital cooperation in areas such as cultural technology, digital content, culture-tourism integration, AIGC, spatial intelligence, healthcare, urban renewal and revitalization of existing assets.
According to the cooperation mechanism, the two parties plan to establish a joint project working group led by Guizhou Huma Digital Technology and Longcharm Group. Longcharm Group will coordinate relevant associations, institutes and industrial ecosystem resources as needed for specific projects. The two parties will advance cooperation under the principle of “near-term launch, mid-term brand building and long-term ecosystem development.” Specific projects will be implemented on a case-by-case basis through separate project agreements, authorization documents or cooperation documents signed by relevant parties.
Longcharm Group stated that Guizhou is an important region for western development and comprehensive rural revitalization, and an important scenario for digital culture, mountain outdoor activities, ethnic culture, ecological wellness and integrated culture-tourism-sports development. Going forward, Longcharm Group will use this framework agreement as a bridge to continue integrating resources in industrial investment, education and training, culture-tourism operations, technology applications and healthcare. Together with Guizhou Huma Digital Technology and partners within the Colorful New Media ecosystem, Longcharm Group will promote more practical projects in Guizhou and contribute to the high-quality development of Guizhou’s cultural industries, rural revitalization and modernization in western China.
