The meeting proceeded in a friendly and pragmatic atmosphere, with both sides engaging in in-depth exchanges over their respective resource advantages. Chun'an County highlighted the overall plan for the Qiandao Lake Greenway: the greenway stretches over 200 kilometers, encompassing a complete cycling network anchored by the Grand Loop (Southwest Lake Area) and the Small Loop (Northeast Lake Area), and features nine cycling stations and six tourism information points along the route. Since the beginning of this year, Chun'an County has actively promoted the "cycling economy" as a breakthrough, accelerating the development of the "Qiandao Lake Cycling Digital Ecological Platform." This unique cycling network attracts nearly 40,000 professional cyclists and 800,000 cycling tourists annually. In 2026, the county will host 61 high-quality cycling events, expected to draw 150,000 participants and spectators, fully activating the entire chain of cultural tourism consumption encompassing "eating, living, traveling, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment."
Against this backdrop of favorable policy and market dynamics, Velowind, leveraging its deep expertise in AI technology, digital services, and outdoor sports lifestyle platforms, has reached a clear cooperation intention with Chun'an County regarding greenway cycling and cultural tourism product development. The two parties will jointly develop cycling routes and supporting cultural tourism products centered around the greenway resources of the Northeast Lake Area, promoting a consumption upgrade from "sports viewing" to "immersive experience."
Of particular note, the two sides have reached a cooperation intention to establish a joint venture subsidiary to coordinate and advance their cooperation. This institutional innovation not only provides a solid organizational foundation for the partnership but also demonstrates Velowind's strategic decisiveness in rapidly tapping into high-quality ecological resources through an asset-light operation model. Liu Hailiang, founder of Velowind, stated that the company will take this cooperation as an opportunity to continue implementing its strategic blueprint of "AI + outdoor sports lifestyle service platform" and accelerate its nationwide expansion into key cultural tourism destinations.
