On March 25, Shanghai Velowind Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Phoenix Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd. officially entered into a business cooperation agreement. As part of this partnership, Velowind will serve as a key cooperative operator for the expansion of national scenic area business under Shanghai Phoenix’s “Fini’s” brand, taking full responsibility for the deployment, operation and management, advertising and promotions, and business collaborations of service points within domestic scenic spots.
As a classic brand in China’s bicycle industry, Shanghai Phoenix boasts nearly 130 years of deep brand heritage and broad market recognition. Velowind, a professional operator dedicated to cycling services, sees this authorization as a significant step forward in the “brand + operations” integration. Leveraging Phoenix’s brand influence and product supply chain advantages, Velowind will accelerate its business deployment in key scenic spots across the country.
As a pioneer in outdoor services in China, Velowind has accumulated mature operational experience and rich scenic area resources. From site selection and resource allocation to staff training and customer service, the company has developed a standardized operating system that ensures stable operations and a high-quality user experience at each service point. Under this partnership, Velowind will take on the following responsibilities:
Service point deployment: establishing cycling service points in core scenic areas nationwide to enhance coverage density;
Operations management: implementing standardized operating procedures to ensure vehicle dispatch and service quality;
Advertising and promotions: integrating brand resources to plan online and offline marketing campaigns;
Business collaboration: expanding partnerships with scenic spots, hotels, cultural tourism projects, and other channels to build a diversified cycling ecosystem.
As a professional operator focused on outdoor settings, Velowind possesses three core strengths: first, years of in-depth experience in scenic area operations, enabling quick adaptation to the specific needs of different types of scenic spots; second, a mature standardized service system with well-established processes covering everything from vehicle deployment to user service; and third, strong resource integration capabilities that efficiently coordinate multiple parties such as scenic spots, hotels, and cultural tourism institutions to provide users with one-stop cycling solutions.
These strengths complement Shanghai Phoenix’s brand influence and product supply chain capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the partnership.
This authorization agreement not only recognizes the operational capabilities of Velowind,an investee company of Shenzhen Longcharm Holdings Investment Co., Ltd.,but also provides professional support for extending the Shanghai Phoenix brand into scenic area scenarios. Moving forward, Velowind will continue to enhance the quality and coverage of scenic cycling services, allowing the “Phoenix,” a beloved national brand, to be revitalized in cultural tourism settings and deliver convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable cycling experiences to more visitors.
